요즘은 전 세계에서 싼곳을 찾아서 수입을 하기때문에, 

어디를 가도 제대로 된 지역특산 먹거리가 없습니다..


조지아주는 복숭아가 많이 나서 Peach State인데 실상 복숭아를 가장 많이 생산하는 곳은

사우스 케롤라이나 랍니다..


10분이 넘도록 처자 셔츠뒤에 써있는 I am Georgia grown 하고 Georgia grown 사인하고 같이

나오도록 사진을 찍어 보려고 가판대 주변을 어슬렁 거렸는데 물건을 사려고 기웃거리는

사람이 하나도 없었습니다...

    그렇지 않아도 예전에 복숭아를 살 때 원산지가 SC인 것에 대해 의아해 했었습니다.

    맞아요.죠지아주 대표에 복숭아라고 했는데...복숭아 나무 자체를 본 기억이..가물가물....

    동네 복숭아도 맛나긴 한데..캘리의 복숭아에 비하면 작더라고요~

    과일은 서부쪽에서 생산 된것이 더 맛있는 것 같아요... 특히 오렌지....
