투표 하는 날 입니다..

자유 겔러리에 모두들 작품 사진들만 올리셔서 

멋있는 작품이 아니면 사진을 올리면 안되는 분위기가 되어가고 있는것 같아서

이런 생활 사진을 올려도 된다는 것을 몸으로 실천하기위해 사진을 올립니다.. ^^


자유겔러리는 제목그대로 자유 겔러리...

작품이 아니더라도 일상생활 사진을 올리는 곳입니다..


2008년 대통령 선거 때 3시간을 줄서서 기다렸다가 투표를 한 이후로

중간선거, 대통령선거등등..10분이상을 기다려서 투표를 한적이 없는데

오늘은 투표장에 갔더니 100명이 넘게 줄을 서있네요...


어째튼 한참을 기다려서 투표를 하고 스티거 받아왔습니다..^^

    7시에 가면 줄을 길게 섭니다만 8시나 9시에 가면 줄을 그리 길게 안서는 것 같아요.

    저는 8시에 갔는데 기다리지 않고 바로 투표를 했습니다.

    아무튼 투표합시다!

    그리고 투표하고 나오니까 8시 30분...
    그때도 100명 넘게 줄서 있던데....

    조지아 복숭아 스티커는 유난히 이쁘네요.
    투표용지를 보니 물어보는것도 참 많더군요. 저는 정치에는 관심이 없어서 그많은 문항중에 오직 한조항만 찍었읍니다.

    Jury Duty(배심원)를 투표한 사람들 중에 뽑는다고 생각하시는 한국분들이 많이 계시는 것 같은데요
    Jury Duty(배심원)는 유권자 등록뿐만 아니라. 운전 면혀증 등록자, Department of Public Health, Secretary of the State 등등에서 뽑는다고 합니다.

    지금까지 배심원통지가 두번이 와서 법원에 갔었는데...
    경험삼아 한번 해보고 싶었는데도, 마지막에 배심원으로 뽑아주질 않더라구요.. 영어를 못해서 그런가..??
    두번다 법원에서 2~3시간 기다리다가 돌아가라고 해서 배심원 석에 앉아보지 못하고 돌아왔습니다..

    저는 통지가 오면 이래저래 구실대서 피하는데요. 영어못한다고 하는것이 가장 변명하기 좋았읍니다.
