아침에 맥도날드 드라이브 드루하는데.

스피커에서 나오는 인사가 아주 맑고...또 매우 정중한 표현이다.

통상적으로  4가지 없거나  "귀찮아!!" 라는 느낌의 기계적인 응대와는 아주 다른 목소리였다.

창문으로 돌아가보니 ....연세가 있으신 남자분이 매우 즐거운 목소리로  정중하게 인사를 한다..

덕분에 나도 덩달아 기분이 좋아졌다.






나도 손님들에게 정중하고 친절하게 응대하리라.~~~~~~

라는      다짐은 1시간 만에 깨졋지만 그 1시간 동안에 온 손님들은 기분이 좋아졌을것이다.

    맥도날드 아저씨도 처음 한시간만 친절했을지도 모르죠. 사실 서마사님으로 부터는 굳은소리를 들어야 기분이 좋아져요 ;-)

    한시간 막 지나서 왔을 고객들에게 왠지 안쓰러움을 느낍니다.
